On an 84-hectare property nestled just north of Nairne, in the Adelaide Hills, Lot 100 has slowly and thoughtfully transformed this former cattle pasture into a home for a collective that celebrates craft, sustainability and local produce.

Join one of their Master Distillers in a masterclass of gin.

Blend your own gin from unique botanicals, and learn about the process of gin distilling from the masters of award-winning 78° Gin. At the end of your masterclass, you will take home a 200ml bottle of your personalised blended gin.

A truly hands-on interactive experience. Available every Thursday to Sunday at 11am, bookings essential.
