For those who believe extraordinary wines deserve an extraordinary journey Approximately 5 hours which includes 3 - 3.5 hours at Henschke wines for their Museum and Rare Experience Henschke in Eden Valley is a landmark of Australian winemaking. Become acquainted with some of the oldest vines in the world at Hill of Grace Vineyard, followed by a tour of their historic working winery and rare access to taste wines from the Henschke Museum and Rare Collection. Your private experience will explore vintages of fourth-generation Cyril and fifth-generation Stephen Henschke's greatest single-vineyard wines, including Hill of Grace Shiraz, Mount Edelstone Shiraz, Cyril Henschke Cabernet Sauvignon and Julius Riesling. Approximately 6.5 hours which includes 2.5 - 3 hours at Henschke Wines for their Hill of Grace Experience, then Bird in Hand Wines, Adelaide Hills, for The Pinnacle Tasting Experience. Henschke Wines is a landmark of Australian winemaking. Gain exclusive access to one of Henschke's most renowned vineyards, Hill of Grace. Explore parts of the original winery built in the 1860s, feeling the pride the Henschke family have in their past and their hopes for the future. Then, enter a private tasting room to enjoy a range of distinguished Henschke wines, including The Wheelwright, Cyril Henschke, Mount Edelstone, plus rare access to taste Hill of Grace. Please note, these wines are subject to availability At Bird in Hand, your helicopter lands on an expansive carpet of lawn, enabling a short walk to the Cellar Door. Bird in Hand's Pinnacle Tasting comprises their finest wines from the Tribute, Nest Egg and Tasmanian Ranges. Outback Discovery - Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre and Flinders Ranges by Helicopter - 3 days
See Kati Thanda–Lake Eyre while there is water to see. For a limited time, the desert has become an inland sea. Four legendary South Australian landscapes. Three extraordinary days. One helicopter. Just four guests. From Adelaide, fly deep into the Flinders Ranges for dinner and an overnight stay at the iconic Prairie Hotel, Parachilna. Explore Parachilna Gorge and Nilpena Ediacara National Park, where 550-million-year-old fossil beds reveal some of Earth's earliest complex animal life. Then fly north to Kati Thanda–Lake Eyre — 15 metres below sea level and Australia's largest salt lake. Following rare inland rains in 2026, the stark salt pan has transformed into a vast inland sea. From the air, it is extraordinary. From the ground, almost incomprehensible. Lunch awaits at a pub in one of the outback's tiniest towns.
