Hains has been part of Adelaide's bar scene for more than a decade, with a simple philosophy: great drinks, genuine hospitality and never taking themselves too seriously. Come for a quick knock-off, stay for another round, or lose a few hours over good conversation. It happens.
And if you feel like heading upstairs, you'll find Admiral's Quarters, the quieter side of Hains & Co. Settle into a booth or take a perch on the balcony overlooking historic Edmund Wright House, with table service, classic cocktails, premium cigars and a remarkable whisky collection nine years in the making.
Hains & Co is open every day from 4pm–2am, including public holidays except Christmas Day.
Walk-ins are welcome, with online bookings available for groups of four or more.
