Lemon Fizz Collective

Lemon Fizz Collective is a unique visitor destination in the Adelaide Hills, celebrating the creativity of South Australian makers, artists and small businesses. The Mount Barker store is home to over 40 local businesses and is part of a collective supporting more than 80 South Australian businesses across three locations. Built on a foundation of inclusivity, Lemon Fizz creates opportunities for businesses at every stage of their journey, including many owned by people living with disability, neurodivergence, chronic illness and other barriers to traditional retail.

More than a traditional retail store, Lemon Fizz offers visitors the opportunity to discover an ever-changing collection of locally made art, jewellery, homewares, gourmet treats, candles, skincare, fashion and unique gifts—all under one roof. Every purchase directly supports a South Australian small business, giving visitors an authentic way to experience the region's creativity while helping local entrepreneurs thrive. With new makers and products joining regularly, no two visits are ever the same. Whether you're searching for the perfect gift, a genuine South Australian souvenir or simply love discovering hidden gems, Lemon Fizz Collective offers a welcoming Adelaide Hills experience celebrating community, creativity, inclusivity and local talent.
