Ochre Sunsets

Laid-back luxury awaits you at Ochre Sunsets.

Flooded with natural light and a warm coastal breeze – if you'd like, this home is the epitome of an elegant yet effortless seaside escape.

The location simply couldn't be better. Not a thing between you and the glistening coastline, not even a road – the uninterrupted view is yours and yours alone to enjoy. Considered better than the Esplanade, this quiet street is one of the area's best kept secrets. It is the spot.

Take your morning coffee for a walk along the 'secret' meandering clifftop trail through the dunes to the water's edge. The trail feels like your own private walkway, only seldomly used by the locals and accessible from your garden gate. When the rest of the group is awake, head into town for brunch at either of the most loved beachfront eateries – Deep Blue Café or Duke's Café.

Take your pick of daytime activities, you can't go wrong! Will it be a day of wine tastings & cheese platters or salty swims & soaking up sunrays? Either way the fun doesn't stop there. The upstairs open living space welcomes downtime by the large smart TV, a moonlight alfresco dinner under the stars or a late-night over bottles of McLaren Vale wine....
