Lovely newly furbished theatre however there is very little accessibility for disabilities. There are so many stairs into the stalls.. about 2 sets of 10, followed by deeper steps down to the front of stage. None of which is visible in their photos on the website. The food & drink options are a little lacking with long lines but they did move quick & a lovely young lady walked around with a small hand cart. There are lots of photo opportunites before going inside. But once you are inside you not only have to walk back up all those stairs to the main floor, but then down 2 sets of 10 steep stairs around a bend to get to the toilets! There are many cubicles so the line moved fast, but i did hear the ladies ended up using the men's. My mango daquiri was way too strong i couldn't drink it. But the performance we saw was fantastic! Just please be aware that anyone with a walker or wheelchair cannot use the stalls & will have a bit further to go for the toilet on the 1st floor outside of the cinema at the back where the foodcourt is. Luckily my mum had gained her leg strength back from physio & was able to get up & down those stairs, but I witnessed an older lady that wasn't so lucky & took a fall.

We went to see pretty women last night. We had dinner within the complex at the cabana restaurant. We parked under the building which made it easy. With the weather being so wet and windy. The show was fantastic. When we came up for 5he show a fellow met us at the lift to show us where to wait and where the door was to enter for the show. Great service to him. Grabbed a drink at the bar

Was a good venue. Seating was a little squished, they jam in as many people as possible. Didn't make any purchases there. Thoroughly enjoyed Pretty Woman show. Good view of the stage

Just went and saw Cluedo here. All I could think at the end was: go the Tim Curry movie on AppleTV for $4.99, better performances and seating. The staff were obnoxious with a minimum amount of helpfulness. Exp. Instead of directing you to your seat, they would just say ‘this is the wrong entry’

Great show, but accessibility needs improvement.
I absolutely loved the performance — the cast, production, and atmosphere were all fantastic. However, the venue isn’t very accessible, which made getting around a bit difficult. With some improvements to accessibility and seating arrangements, it could be an even better experience overall. 🎭
