A short and steep walk to the lookout. Great views and well worth the short detour.

This walk is marked as Easy and I expected an actual pathway. But it's rocky and steep in parts, with sloping rocks making footfalls challenging. I don't mind a tough walk (and this isn't tough either!) But it's not easy. Great views. Take care.

Nestled just 800 meters from the car park, Jarvis Hill Lookout is a hidden gem that promises a quick and delightful escape into nature. The track to this vantage point is reasonably easy, with a few gently steep parts that add a touch of adventure without being overly challenging. The short trek is well worth the effort, as the lookout unveils a breathtaking panorama that captures the essence of natural beauty. Gravel road coming in. Quite smooth.
