Set on an acre of rambling country gardens with views toward Evan's Crown, Mutton Falls offers an idyllic rural escape. The property accommodates up to 12 guests in luxurious, rustic comfort, each room with it's own bathroom. It is perfect for a group of friends or extended family celebrations. Mutton Falls also boasts a romantic 150 year old wooden barn venue with fully equipped commercial kitchen facilities and formal garden.

There are 5 bedrooms, each with bathroom and luxurious linen. The homestead has 1 king suite with slow combustion fireplace, lounge area, separate entrance and full bathroom; 1 double room with ensuite and daybed & 1 queen room with full bathroom featuring a gorgeous tin bath. There is also an extra single sized daybed in inner living room. The schoolhouse comprises 2 private queen rooms each with ensuite and deck. ​ The 150 year old barn is fully equipped with a modern commercial kitchen, bar and accessible facilities. The barn offers a wonderfully rustic ambience in which to celebrate marriage, birthdays and events or hold workshops, retreats and gatherings. ​
