Wobiri is a fantastic modern townhouse, perfectly positioned across from Town Beach with Gulf views and overlooking the new Exmouth Marina. Located almost directly opposite Mantarays Resort and Restaurant, it's an ideal base for couples, families or small groups.

This newly built holiday home offers three comfortable bedrooms, all located upstairs. The main bedroom features a Queen bed and private ensuite, while bedroom two has a King bed and bedroom three has two King Singles. A spacious second bathroom and separate toilet are also located upstairs.

Downstairs, you'll find a modern kitchen, comfortable living area, full laundry and another separate toilet. The garage provides convenient access into the laundry and kitchen, with parking for two vehicles and one boat.

Wobiri is within easy walking distance of Town Beach, the Exmouth Marina and boat launch facilities, local restaurants and bars. Two children's playgrounds are also just a short stroll away.

Please note that Wobiri may not be suitable for young children due to the steep internal stairs and close proximity to open water. The yard is fenced, but parental supervision is recommended.
