You may just land a marlin, or simply catch the sun and relax after a day of Ningaloo adventures. Welcome to Marlin, where luxury and comfort come together for the ultimate Exmouth escape.

This spacious, fully air-conditioned home features a huge open-plan living area, dining for ten and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The kids can enjoy the separate theatre room while adults relax and unwind.

Downstairs offers three bedrooms, with Bedrooms 2 and 3 featuring two king singles and a trundle each, while Bedroom 4 has a king bed. A large family bathroom with bath, two separate toilets and a laundry complete this level.

Upstairs, the private master retreat boasts a king bed, TV, ensuite and large balcony with outdoor setting and views.

Outside, enjoy your own private pool overlooking the canals, a large entertaining area for ten and direct access to your private jetty, suitable for boats up to 8 metres. An outdoor hot and cold shower makes rinsing off beach sand easy. A single-person canoe is also available for use at your own risk.

There is parking for three cars and two boats/trailers, plus a garage chest freezer for your catch.

Please note: Minimum 5-night stay. No Wi-Fi. No pets or smoking. Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Linen and bath towels provided. Self-provisioning applies.
