For boating and fishing enthusiasts, the private jetty accommodates boats up to eight metres, with easy canal access to the Exmouth Gulf. Spend your days fishing, snorkelling or exploring the stunning coastline.

The main living area opens onto a spacious deck overlooking the canal, complete with a family-sized barbecue and outdoor dining. Enjoy the views and sea breezes throughout the day, or settle in for an evening outdoors. And when it's time to cool off, there's a brand-new swimming pool ready to enjoy.

Inside, you'll find an open-plan kitchen, separate lounge and plenty of parking out front. Canal-facing rooms feature large windows or doors to make the most of the views and breezes.
