Desert Rose

Enjoy a relaxing family holiday at Desert Rose, a quality-built, self-contained four-bedroom, two-bathroom home on the Exmouth Marina. With a private pool, spacious outdoor areas and your own jetty, this property is perfect for families and boating enthusiasts.

The swimming pool is conveniently located just off the verandah and living area, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids while they enjoy the water. Outdoor spaces include two levels of entertaining areas, a large dining table, day bed, BBQ and comfortable lounges.

Down by the water, guests have access to a private gated jetty with power and water, suitable for boats up to 8m. Ropes and tenders are not supplied.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is fully equipped and features a large TV with Foxtel. There is also a separate theatre room with another TV and Foxtel.

The four bedrooms include one king bed, two rooms with two queen beds each, and a fourth room with two single beds. Two full bathrooms and a well-equipped laundry with front-loader washing machine and dryer add convenience.

Free WiFi is provided for normal domestic use. All linen, bath towels and pool towels are supplied.

There is ample paved parking, with a maximum of four vehicles. No camping or caravans. No pets allowed.
