A wide entrance hallway creates a welcoming sense of space, leading to four generous bedrooms. Accommodation includes two King beds, one Queen bed and two Single beds. The main bedroom features a private ensuite, while the family bathroom includes a bath.

The hallway opens into a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining space and comfortable lounge. Large windows overlook the outdoor entertaining area, making it easy to enjoy the views from inside.

The covered deck is the heart of the home, featuring a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area overlooking the fully fenced swimming pool. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal, relax with a drink or watch the sun set over the Gulf.

A private pathway leads from the home to the jetty, which can accommodate boats up to 15 metres, making fishing trips and sunset cruises easy.

Please note: Maximum four-car parking. No camping or caravans. No pets. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided. Pool towels must remain at the property and are not for beach use. This property is self-contained; provisioning is not provided.
