Kwilena

Welcome to Kwilena (quill-an-ah), derived from the Aboriginal word for dolphin. Exmouth Gulf is an important feeding and nursing habitat for Australian humpback and Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins, and if you're lucky, you may spot them from Town Beach, just a short walk away.

Kwilena is a brand-new home, completed in 2024, with easy-care landscaped gardens and secure fencing. Sleeping up to eight adults across four bedrooms, it offers two bathrooms and everything you need for a comfortable family holiday.

The spacious open-plan living area is perfect for preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen, enjoying family dinners inside or outdoors by the BBQ, and relaxing on the comfortable lounges after a day exploring Cape Range National Park.

The private master suite features a luxurious king bed and ensuite, tucked away for added privacy. The remaining bedrooms include a queen bed, two single beds, and a single bed with trundle. A family bathroom, separate toilet and laundry with washer and dryer complete the home.

The fully fenced backyard provides a safe space for children, while the shady patio is ideal for relaxing. Side access offers extra parking for your boat or holiday toys.

No pets. Maximum four vehicles. No camping or caravans. Linen and bath towels provided. Self-provisioning applies; supermarkets are nearby.
