During the annual whale migration from June to October, thousands of humpback whales pass through Ningaloo's pristine waters, and you may even hear them breaching from the home.

Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. The living area opens onto a shaded alfresco with BBQ, lawn and gardens.

Upstairs includes a second spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus a master bedroom with a large ensuite and spa bath. The rear balcony offers views across the sand dunes to the Exmouth Gulf, while the wraparound front balcony captures evening breezes and views towards the marina and Cape Range.
