The Wadbilliga Rd Drive and surrounding areas of Kybeyan that you pass on your way through are stunningly beautiful and one of the best kept secrets of the Kybeyan Range. Plenty of public fishing spots for fly fishing, and many of the station owners are friendly and inviting to allow fly fisherman on to their property to enjoy the river systems. Temperatures can get particularly cold at night throughout winter and the shoulder seasons. Worth a visit if you’re passing through and reasonably close to Cooma and surrounding established towns.
