Jim Wild's Oysters

Situated along the Crookhaven River, Jim Wild's Oysters is a charming, family-owned oyster farm that has been in operation since 1979.

As a working oyster farm, they process all the oysters on-site, allowing visitors to watch the process firsthand. Enjoy freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, or Pacific oysters when available, right by the water or take some home.

They also offer fresh Australian prawns. The team are always happy to chat about the local oyster industry.
