Located on the Central Coast near Gosford, north of Sydney, the beautiful Bouddi National Park offers spectacular diverse landscapes - from beaches and steep cliffs through to rainforest and heathland.

Bouddi National Park is home to countless attractions, including one of Australia's first marine protected areas, significant Aboriginal sites, wildlife and wildflowers, and even an old paddle steamer wreck. It's a great getaway for a weekend or a week.

Literally my favourite place on Earth. Putty Beach is the best for a swim, climb, beach combing, everything. The hikes around it (especially down to Maitland Bay) are fabulous with gorgeous views. 10 stars 🌟

Fantastic place to look south towards west head and Lion Island. Clearly signed posted as to the length of walks along the coast line, made this place a must see. Parking was full, when we visited due to its popularity. We didn’t camp, but facilities looked great. The National Park ranger was helpful. Will go back, now we have a feel for the place. Great to take two cars, park one at the end of the 8 kilometre walk, drive to the start of the walk, (near the beach). Saves having to walk all the way back.

Beautiful coastal hike with amazing views! Visited Bouddi National Park with friends on Saturday and had an awesome experience. The trail down to Maitland Bay is a bit steep with plenty of stairs, but totally worth it once you reach the beach — it’s peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful bushland. From the lookout above, we were lucky enough to spot dolphins swimming near the shore, which made the hike even more memorable. The tracks are well marked, the scenery is stunning, and the mix of forest and coastal views is perfect for a weekend adventure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a rewarding walk in the Central Coast!

Love this coastal walk! You need to walk at first a bit through the beach (to the left from the parking) then you climb few steps and the track begins. Takes around 1-1,5hr return of you skip the staircase at the end.

Nice shore walk, many paved tracks which is good for many walkers but makes the place less natural. Lots of beautiful views on several lookouts. Overcrowded, especially during the weekends.
