After years of private ownership, the Moruya Cheese Factory is now home to Quantum Brewery.

A gorgeous location with beautiful gardens and amazing views sitting in the mezzanine CafeBar looking down into the brewery.

It is well worth a visit to see the sympathetic preservation of the iconic old factory and the blending of the fabulous one-of-a-kind Moruya building into the next era of CafeBar and craft brewery and distillery open to the community for all to enjoy.
