Taste a flight of four red wines to experience different vintages and varieties carefully selected from Ron Liebich's cellar of flagship and museum wines ranging from 10-20 years old. Compare two bottles of the same vintage, one sealed under cork, one under screwcap. The difference is surprising as you observe how wines develop differently.

Explore how barrel ageing transforms flavour from the same grape variety over time and oak barrel ageing. Compare a fruity young fortified develops more caramelised, dried fruits, warm spicy and toasted flavours. See how colour deepens and viscosity becomes luscious and syrupy. Grape varieties include Muscat, Semillon, Frontignac and Tawny made from Grenache.
