Sprout's Market to Plate Cooking Class
Ever wondered how chefs pick the perfect ingredients? Now's your chance to find out. Sprout's Market to Plate cooking class is an educational and sensory experience through one of Adelaide's most iconic food destinations. You'll discover insider secrets, taste amazing local produce, and learn techniques that will transform your shopping and cooking forever. Start with a cheese board on arrival at Sprout and then you'll be whisked off to Adelaide Central Market where you'll learn how to select the freshest local ingredients. Then it's back to the kitchen to transform them into a restaurant quality two-course meal. Along the way the experts at Sprout will show you how to select fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and you'll sample some of their favourite products from the Market. It's the perfect day out. And you'll leave with the skills and confidence to recreate it again at home. Please note: adult cooking classes are strictly for ages 17 years and older.

Kids Cooking Class (5-11yrs): Quick, Easy & Healthy
If you have a budding chef, keen foodie or someone who needs a little food inspiration, Sprout kids classes are perfect! At Sprout kids classes, kids learn to cook fresh, seasonal and healthy meals, from scratch, in our kitchen, using proper equipment and all by themselves. No cupcake decorating here, just real food and real skills. Includes two courses, experienced staff, ingredients

Junior Chefs Cooking Class (12-16yrs)
Designed for young cooks aged 12–16, Sprout's Junior Chefs classes give participants the opportunity to cook, learn and dine in a more grown-up kitchen environment. Rather than simply assembling easy recipes, young cooks are given real responsibility in the kitchen as they prepare challenging and engaging dishes from scratch under the guidance of Sprout's experienced team. Think teriyaki salmon, ginger green beans and citrus soufflé — recipes designed to build confidence, develop practical cooking skills and encourage young people to explore new ingredients, techniques and flavours. Each class includes two courses, all ingredients and guidance from experienced Sprout staff. At the end of the class, participants sit down together to enjoy what they have created.
