25 acres of rural land next to the Windsor Downs Nature Reserve. Town water is available and all service road to pad. Next to the treatment plant and subject to major floods. Abundant wild kangaroos, birds, and wildlife, including the occasional snake and fox. Backs onto South Creek, not suited to swimming. Fishing is allowed if the DPI Fisheries rules and regulations and licences are followed. Shared amenities if needed. Bathroom, small kitchen, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser. Washing machine . Table and eight chairs. Table tennis and a small air hockey table. A garbage bin will be provided, and they will dispose of rubbish. The recycle bin is used to put recyclable bottles and empty gas cylinders. Not far from the M7 and the Historic towns of the Hawkesbury.
