Caring staff! I had a issue with the heater not working in my room, the lovely lady who was on the night shift at the counter swiftly got me a blanket and a portable heater. The staff upon check-in wereh very friendly too! The rooms are clean and it is a extremely convenient hotel in Melbourne!

We stayed here for a girls’ weekend in Melbourne and were really impressed. The hotel offered fantastic value for money and the location made it super easy to get around the city. The only downside was that the pool was quite cold, which was a bit disappointing, but the spa more than made up for it — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, a great stay and ideal for a weekend away.

Spacious apartment with a balcony. Preferred twin room but was not available. A lot of noise from nearby train lines. Despite this, the location was very convenient for our holiday. Main downside ... did not like the shower over bath or the water pressure from the shower.

Nice apartment style room with a nice city view. Room was tidy and cleaned every day. Toaster handle was broken and so was the dryer knob but once we made the staff aware they were quick react. Staff were very welcoming every day and made the experience very easy.
