I visited this shop to look at cards and models. I was barefoot (no safety issue, no sign saying footwear required) and was told I wasn’t welcomed. As an autistic person, being barefoot is a sensory need, and I always follow signs and security instructions. There were no signs, just a staff member’s personal OHS preference. The staff member did apologies while I was leaving but the initial reaction made me feel unwelcome, so I won’t be returning. If you’re neurodivergent or prefer a more relaxed environment, you might want to try other local game shops.

Under NEW ownership! The new owner has merged an existing popular culture business with the existing art supply store. It is now an exciting vibrant welcoming venue for all creatives and those looking for unique and quirky one-off hand made gifts. Full of premium art products, if they don't have what you need please ask. There is a gallery space for lease at the back of the venue and the shop is full of locally produced art and craft products. I recieved the best service from Cassie the owner in sourcing products I needed for my new project which she ordered & supplied without hassle. Great communication, personalised professional service, kindness & friendliness. Please go and see Cassie who is a wonderful creative human for all your art needs and support a local business that is working for the needs of the Ipswich community. ACCESS ✅🧑🦼⚠️ the entry has a ramp and there is space to move with mobility equipment. Best of all most stock is low and within reach. Be aware that the gallery at the back has a step up. NUERODIVERSE ✅😎 It isn't very noisy and the light levels are pretty good. You'll enjoy getting lost in your passions & obsessions.

I have been a customer for many years now. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They share knowledge and encourage you to create. I've also been to some classes here and enjoyed them thoroughly, coming away with a new skill. The product range is extensive and caters to professional artists or a casual crafters. They run competitions regularly and encourage you to show your creations. Definitely the best art supply place around.

Such a great range of stuff!! Love it here. Me and my little sister came here and accidentally spilled paint on the floor. The lady with the purple hair didn’t get angry or aggressive, she was chill and had excellent customer service. She was so nice, she helped us clean up without complaining. If she had gotten upset with us I would have gone online and spent my money elsewhere. Instead I ended up splurging on myself (I’m usually a stinge).
