BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park and Motel provides you with the ultimate Gold Coast getaway. They are only 15 minutes from the heart of Surfers Paradise and are located in the heart of the theme park precinct, including Movie World, Wet'N'Wild, Dream World, White Water World, Game Over, the Australian Outback Spectacular, and GC Aqua Park.
The park has an exciting range of recreational facilities, including their very own waterpark for super sliding, an eco-friendly playground, frisbee golf, and a basketball court. With accommodation ranging from caravan and camping sites, big rig sites, glamping tents, as well as self-contained villas, bungalows, family cabins, cosy cabins and retreats, ranging from studio to 3 bedrooms. Great accommodation options for families or groups of friends.
Motel rooms are available for shorter stays, with daily service. Family motel rooms are also available.
They have a range of accessible accommodation options, and there are ramps located around the park for ease of access to facilities.
And don't forget, if you are travelling with your dog, they are dog friendly, with cabin and site options available for you, as well as an off leash dog park, dog wash and doggy daycare.

2 Bedroom Deluxe Family Cabin
Located to the front of the park close to Reception and their resort style pool, these cabins boast a modern kitchen with open plan dining and lounge. These cabins come with 1 bathroom and a separate toilet and sleeps up to 6 with 2 different bedding configurations to choose from. Either 1 x king size double (2) or two singles (2) and 2 x Bunk Beds (4). If travelling with 6 singles these cabins are perfect, just be sure to request the two singles at the time of booking. (If you book online pop some notes in your booking) Each cabin is fitted with a large screen television so why not kick back with a fun holiday DVD (we have 100’s of DVDs available from their DVD library at Reception). The master bedroom and lounge come replete with an air-conditioner and the bunk room has a fan. These magnificent cabins are the pride of their fleet, setting the standard for space and comfort, and can easily accommodate up to ten people boasting every facility and amenity. Each 3 Bedroom Retreats sleeps 10 with 2 x Queen Beds (4) and 3 x Bunk Beds (6). There is a large lounge and dining area with plenty of seating, three oversized bedrooms and three roomy bathrooms. Generous showers and queen sized beds (sleeping 4) and adult sized bunk beds (sleeping 6), plus the extra wardrobe space will allow you to unpack and unwind. Each is fitted with a large screen television so you can kick back with a fun holiday DVD. Walk out onto your spacious balcony overlooking the lake, or overlooking the holiday park. Their Family Cabins are nestled in beautiful gardens, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all their facilities. These cabins are spacious with lots of room to move, plus will sleep everyone in comfort assuring you of a great start to your holiday on the Gold Coast. Studio Pooch Friendly Cabin
BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is a haven for dog lovers and you can bring your favourite family pooch with you. Their Studio Cabins sleep 2 Adults and 2 Children PLUS 2 pooches with 1 x Queen Bed (2) and 1 x Submarine Style Bunk Bed (2) which is suited to children under 12. Newly renovated with a new spacious ensuite bathroom and new kitchenettes these cabins are perfect for the whole family. With 32 acres, they offer plenty of space for your dog to run and roam and an excellent off-leash agility park. If you are heading out for a few hours you can leave your pooch in their doggy daycare kennels or they can help you find a dog sitter in the local area. They love their koalas and kangaroos too and ask you to always respect their habitat by not allowing your dog off-leash at any time elsewhere in the park. The park was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The facilities were outstanding, especially for the kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was perfect close to the theme parks and an easy drive to the beaches and other Gold Coast attractions. Our site was spacious and well presented, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the park and can see why it’s so highly rated. We just got home from a 7-night stay in a family villa and honestly it was one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had. Our kids had an absolute ball in the water park - they never got sick of it. If we had let them, they probably would have lived there permanently. Between the slides, the pool, and the jumping pillow they were completely entertained the entire trip. One of the biggest highlights for them was riding their scooters around the park. The whole place feels really safe and family-friendly, which made it so relaxing for us as parents. The woodfire pizza was amazing, and every single amenity was fantastic. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the whole park just has such a great holiday atmosphere. The location is perfect - less than a 5 minute drive to the theme parks and surrounded by heaps of food options and entertainment. We had such an incredible time and were genuinely sad to leave. Safe to say we’ll definitely be back next year!

We stayed for four nights in a two-bedroom bungalow at the BIG4 Holiday Park on the Gold Coast and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The park is exceptionally well set up for families, with everything designed to keep both kids and adults happy and relaxed. The location is perfect, directly across the road from the major theme park attractions, which made our stay so convenient. The kids absolutely loved the pool area and never got tired of the park’s own mini waterpark, especially the slides and splash areas. It was such a bonus having so much entertainment right within the park itself. What really stood out was how well the facilities catered for adults too. There are cabanas around the pool area, plenty of comfortable spots to relax, and refreshments and food available nearby so you can truly unwind while the kids play safely. It created such a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any family visiting the Gold Coast. A fantastic holiday park in an unbeatable location!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Highly Recommend! We are absolutely blown away by BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park. This place is next level! There is so much to do for both kids and adults. The children are entertained for hours, which means parents can actually relax and enjoy themselves too. From the train rides and water park to the incredible pool area, there is never a dull moment. What really stood out was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. We even had someone personally guide us into our site, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travelling. If you’re looking for a family-friendly holiday destination on the Gold Coast, this place ticks all the boxes. Fantastic facilities, amazing staff, and endless fun for the whole family.

Our 2nd trip here with the kids and this will be the only place we come back to. The facilities are awesome (especially the fish tanks). The park is so clean and ample waste removal. Showers are amazing. Pools/slides/cabanas great. Pizza delicious, as is coffee. Front staff were super helpful!!
