Bottlebrush Cottage
The Bottlebrush Cottage stand alone charming cottage will make you feel a million miles from all your worries. It's charming country style is a great space to reconnect with your loved one. The kitchen is fully self contained and a private barbecue is waiting for you on your patio. Step outside and have a glass of wine while you take in the beauty of the surrounding Tamborine Mountains. Suitable for guests with some accessibility requirements.
Wattle Suite
The Wattle Suite is country comfort and has a self contained kitchenette which is perfect for a couple or a small family. Enjoy the expansive deck and the beautiful view of Tamborine Mountain ranges. Pour a glass of wine and cook yourself up a delicious BBQ or relax around a blazing fire in the fire pit.
Banksia Suite
The Banksia suite is our most popular guest request. With two separate bedrooms and a large living room, it is the perfect space to relax with all your family. It has all the comfort of a home including triple filtered in sink water tap, a private back deck as well as the shared front deck and BBQ. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out inside and out and a beautiful Queen bedroom with a view for the parents. The kids bedroom has 2 single beds and the spacious deck has a pool table and a tennis court.
Bluegum Suite
The Bluegum Suite located in the main cottage is perfect for a family to stay and enjoy the family friendly activities at Clandulla Cottages. The kids will love their bunk bedroom and the parents will be pleased with the lovely Queen bedroom adjoining the bathroom. The kitchenette with its triple filter in-sink drinking water tap, has a fridge, a microwave and the barbecue/outdoor kitchen is right outside your door. The suite walks out to the large front deck with all the games and amenities to keep the kids occupied in a safe and secure environment.
Hibiscus House
Experience the charm of country living at Hibiscus House, overlooking peaceful dams, a newly established orchard, and our grazing livestock, offering you a perfect slice of rural paradise. Hibiscus House is fully fenced, making it a safe haven for your furry family member (subject to approval and T&Cs). The two-storey home boasts a spacious deck, ideal for unwinding as you watch the animals roam by, or savouring a tranquil evening under a sky filled with stars. The picturesque arbour provides an inviting spot for barbeques and memorable moments with loved ones. Wake up to the soothing sights of farm animals grazing and enjoy the breathtaking hues of a cotton candy sky at sunset. With two queen beds, Hibiscus House comfortably sleeps four guests, but can accommodate up to seven with additional bedding (fees apply). With over 100 individual animals to feed, Farmer Matt always needs a helping hand. Every morning and afternoon help us feed the farm animals their favourite treats. Create unforgettable memories with our charming residents. Handfeeding our sheep or pigs, groom Abbot the pony, or simply enjoying their company, every moment is filled with laughter, and joy. Best farm stay ever!!! Farmer Matt is truly amazing with the animals and children, and the adults too!! Fabulous interactions with so many animals while feeding them twice a day are an absolute highlight and Matt makes sure everyone feels included and part of the process. Farmers Matt and Nambok are warm and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Quiet peaceful surroundings, lots of space on the property for families to play and explore as well as clean, cozy, well equipped cottages - the perfect country escape!! Love everything about this farm stay experience!!

This was our first farmstay and it exceeded all expectations. Hibiscus house was very clean, private, had beautiful views from all windows and is spacious. My daughter loved the upstairs loft . There were so many considered & special things that made our birthday weekend extra special, which we really appreciated. It is evident the animals are truly loved and cared for and treated like family . The daily farm tours were interactive & the highlight for all of us. Amazing place owned by amazing people. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

I was planning a trip to Gold Coast and wanted to pair it with a farm stay to have a 'retreat' with my family, away from the city. And I sure was lucky to have found and decided on Clandula Cottage and Farmstay. Our cottage was the Hibiscus and it was a lovely cottage with almost all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The cooking facilities and heating were complete and comfortable. Maybe what was I like additional was to have some laundry facilities around the farm. The daily morning farm and animals feeding tours were a major highlight that we enjoyed alot and is highly recommended. You get to feed chickens, peacocks, goats, cows, horses. You get to try and feed the pigs (e.g. Tofu) over competing chickens. You can walk a pony and collect eggs. My 3 year old son absolute loves the experience, the animals - Toby, Roger and Abbot, and adores Uncle Matt that he keeps crying for them after we left for Gold Coast. Would had like to stay longer if I could. Highly recommended.

Had the best stay. Apartment was super clean. Service outstanding Matt did a wonderful job introducing the kids to all the animals, he is super patient and fun. Our kids had the best days at the farm. Farm has lots of games for kids to entertain themselves throughout the day. Surroundings are nice, did some great hikes in the shade with the kids. Lovely sunsets for parents while kids feet and cuddle the animals with Matt. Will definitely come back.

We recently spent two nights at Bottlebrush Cottage and had a wonderful stay. The kitchen and bathroom have been newly refurbished, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need—including an air fryer and a coffee machine. The highlight of our visit was the daily farm tours. Farmer Matt is fantastic with kids, and you really get to connect with all the gentle, friendly animals. He also has a great eye for photos and made sure everyone came away with a beautiful keepsake from the experience. Our daughter had such a memorable time and were missing the animals when we went home. She asked if we could stay for five nights next time! We’ve been visiting Clandulla Cottages since our daughter was 18 months old, and there’s always something new to enjoy. Every trip leaves us with special memories. Thank you again—we’ll definitely be back.
