Sundays by Aryve

Sundays by Aryve is a three-bedroom apartment on the seventh floor at Palm Beach, on the southern Gold Coast, a short walk from the sand. The corner of the living room is glazed and faces east, so the ocean sits alongside the room rather than in the distance. Two secure car spaces come with the apartment, which is uncommon this close to the beach.

The apartment occupies a single level with lift access and no internal stairs. Herringbone oak flooring runs through the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has full-height oak joinery, a stone benchtop and an island seating four, two wall ovens and an induction cooktop. A separate laundry adjoins it. The curved terrace runs the width of the living and dining areas, screened with adjustable timber battens. The main bedroom has a king and its own ensuite with twin basins, and each of the other two has a queen, so the apartment sleeps six as three couples. There are two bathrooms, ducted air conditioning and wireless internet throughout.

The building provides a cedar-lined sauna, hot and cold magnesium plunge pools, and a barbecue and dining area. A member of the Aryve team meets guests on arrival. Palm Beach sits between Burleigh Heads and Currumbin, with Gold Coast Airport a short drive south.
