I was extremely disappointed with the service from Craft ACT. I purchased online a birthday present but after 2 weeks it still has not arrived 😩 The birthday has since passed - no present I expect the usual 3 days processing and postage for online purchases but 14 days plus is very disappointing. Hence I will not be a returning customer.
