The front of the home is wrapped in a spacious verandah with shade cloth, while the rear offers a separate outdoor setting for eight and BBQ.

The front and rear yards are separately fenced, and up to two outside pets are welcome.

Bringing a boat? There's undercover parking for one car, plus space for another car and a boat in the driveway, with additional room on the wide verge.
