Hawksbill is the perfect family holiday home in Exmouth, conveniently located within easy walking distance of the town centre, shops and local cafes.

Recently refreshed inside and out, Hawksbill features new furniture, beds and mattresses throughout, creating a fresh and comfortable space for your next Ningaloo getaway. The home sleeps up to six adults and one child across three bedrooms. The main and second bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the third features a bunk bed with a double bed below for adults and a single bed above suitable for children only.

The family bathroom includes a bath/shower combination and toilet, while the main bedroom has its own ensuite with toilet and basin. Split-system air conditioning throughout keeps the home comfortable year-round, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for relaxed holiday meals.

Outside, a large patio wraps around the rear and side of the home, providing plenty of shaded space for outdoor living and entertaining. There is also ample parking for up to three cars and/or a boat.

Please note: A separate small unit is located on the property with its own driveway and fencing. It does not impact Hawksbill's parking, privacy or outdoor space.
