Ruby

Ruby is part of "The Villas", a historic complex of 1960s units that were originally quarters for enlisted Australian Army personnel. Today, these charming older-style villas offer a fantastic central location, within walking distance of Exmouth's shops, restaurants, pubs and parks.

Recently renovated and furnished with new furniture, Ruby is positioned next to the town swimming pool and close to Potshot Resort Hotel and Froth Craft Brewery. The town centre, cafes and shops are just a short stroll away.

Compact yet highly functional, Ruby features three bedrooms with new commercial-quality beds. Bedrooms one and two each have a queen bed, while bedroom three has two single beds, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.

The villa includes one bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, plus laundry facilities. The kitchen has been refreshed with new flooring and cabinetry, providing a practical space to prepare meals after a day exploring Ningaloo Reef.

Outside, enjoy a small private verandah with limited seating and a BBQ. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the complex, Ruby offers a peaceful place to unwind, with parking conveniently located near the villa. Small boat parking is available.
