Spread across two levels, this comfortable villa accommodates up to six guests with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs features a queen bedroom, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, main living area with TV and comfortable lounges, plus a full laundry.

Upstairs offers a second queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two single beds, another family bathroom and a cosy loft sitting or reading area with additional sofas.

Both levels are fully air-conditioned with split systems, providing year-round comfort.

Outside, there is an undercover carport for one vehicle, plus space to park a boat on the northern side of the complex.
