Ocean Breeze Villa, formerly known as Ningaloo Breeze 7, is perfectly positioned in a quiet complex within easy walking distance of Exmouth town centre, the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, children's water park, golf course, pubs, restaurants and local breweries. For convenience and location, it's hard to beat!

This spacious two-storey villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Downstairs features a queen bedroom, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, main living area and laundry. The comfortable lounge includes a TV, DVD player and stereo, providing a great space to unwind after a day exploring.

Upstairs offers a second queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two single beds, another bathroom and a cosy reading or sitting area with additional sofas.

Both levels are fully air-conditioned with split systems for year-round comfort.

Outside, there is an undercover carport for one vehicle, plus space to park a boat and a convenient wash-down bay. A rod holder is also provided in the outdoor dining area for fishing gear.

Linen and towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels or enquire about hiring them. Strictly no pets or smoking indoors. As this is a shared complex, quiet hours apply from 10pm to 8am.
