Kisuya Japanese Restaurant, a sister restaurant of Raku Izakaya in Orange, established in 2023 is Bathurst’s first and only modernised Japanese Restaurant located in West Bathurst.
Kisuya translates to ‘A Pleasant Place To Enjoy Food and Drink’, a great place to dine and drink combining an intriguing and cosy atmosphere with dishes based on Japanese cooking techniques, the freshest and finest ingredients, and homemade sauces with a modernised flare, utilising local Australian ingredients.
Kisuya offers their lunch signature, Bento boxes and Donburi bowls for any occasion. Their menu consists of classic Japanese dishes such as Karaage, Tataki, Tempura and Katsu. As well as modernised dishes, that are artful and delicately crafted such as their Sushi, Sashimi and Rolls. Additionally, they pride themselves on their signature mains such as mouth-watering Wagyu beef and Prawn yaki soba.
