Le Bouchon French Cuisine

Le Bouchon French Cuisine is a relaxed French bistro in the coastal village of Balnarring on the Mornington Peninsula. Established in 2013, the restaurant serves honest, traditional French food in a warm and welcoming setting.

The menu celebrates classic French cooking, with favourites such as escargots, French onion soup, duck confit, steak and fresh seafood, complemented by a carefully selected wine list. Open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, as well as lunch on Friday and Saturday, Le Bouchon is ideal for a relaxed meal, special occasion or group gathering.

Owner Stephane Saleres grew up in south-west France and brings the warmth and generosity of French hospitality to every service. Le Bouchon offers visitors an authentic French dining experience while retaining the friendly, unpretentious character of the Mornington Peninsula.
