Friends and I contacted Anita to organise a cooking experience and chose a savoury finger foods session. Anita created a personalised menu for us based on our ideas and dietary choices. From the moment we were warmly welcomed into Anita’s home, she made the entire experience feel special and effortless. Everything was beautifully organised — from the recipes and ingredients to the clear demonstrations and explanations of techniques. Getting hands-on and making the food ourselves was not only informative but incredibly fun. Anita generously shared ideas on how to adapt the recipes to suit different taste preferences, which was so helpful. The use of the freshest local ingredients truly showcased what the district has to offer. Throughout the afternoon, there was plenty of laughter, wine, and entertaining stories shared by Anita, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Once our finger foods were ready, we all sat down together to eat and drink — and what a feast it was! A true celebration of food! Any leftovers were boxed up for us to take home, along with a personalised booklet of all the recipes we made. If you love cooking and creating delicious food to share with family and friends, I highly recommend booking a session with Anita. It’s a fantastic way to spend an afternoon while learning new techniques and gaining fresh inspiration in the kitchen.
