Forest therapy

Forest therapy

A deeply restorative experience designed to nourish mind, body and spirit, this immersive walk invites you to recharge in Tidbinbilla's tranquil eucalypt forests. In this three-hour journey based on the principles of 'shinrin-yoku' - the Japanese practice of forest bathing - you are invited to explore a series of sensory invitations and activities to engage with nature. This is not a hike or a nature walk, but a slow, sensory-based experience that offers a chance to pause, breathe and return to a more balanced relationship with yourself and the natural world. Each session ends with a reflection circle, shared snack and a simple tea 'ceremony'.
 Maximum 8 people.

Meditation in nature

Meditation in nature

Nature meditation is a mindfulness practice that uses the sights, sounds, and feelings of the outdoors to help you relax and focus on the present moment. Each session includes a short walk to a location in nature, where you will be guided through observation and breathing practices, and a period of silent reflection, before walking back to the starting point. A perfect mind and body reset any day or time.
