Recharge in nature

Recharge in nature

A deeply restorative experience designed to nourish mind, body and spirit, this immersive walk invites you to recharge in Tidbinbilla's tranquil eucalypt forests. In this 3-hour journey based on the principles of 'shinrin-yoku' - the Japanese practice of forest bathing - you are invited to explore a series of sensory invitations and activities to engage with nature. This is not a hike or a nature walk, but a slow, sensory-based experience that offers a chance to pause, breathe and return to a more balanced relationship with ourselves and the natural world. Each session ends with a reflection circle, shared snack and a simple tea 'ceremony'.
