Extremely disappointing experience
It was so incredibly noisy that I simply could not sleep at all. Now I understand why they provide earplugs in the room. I used both earplugs, but even with them, the noise was still unbearable and I could not get any sleep.
This was a truly terrible experience. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I strongly recommend that you do not stay here overnight.
It is honestly awful to spend so much money on accommodation and then be completely exhausted because you cannot sleep. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The Mornington Hot Springs is a natural spring located on the Mornington Peninsula, a really easy drive from Melbourne.
I have been visiting the hot springs for years. Im a huge fan of spending a few hours in the pools and of the fire & ice experience. I always recommend people to try that out!
My husband and I decided to book to stay in the glamping tents in late 2024. We unfortunately had to postpone the trip due to unwell children, so rather than heading there during the week, we were there during the summer holidays. I’m mentioning this because the only downside to our stay was how busy the springs were, which was due to the school holidays.
We stayed in the secluded tent and it was amazing. The staff service upon arrival was prompt and friendly. We were in our tent within 10mins of arriving and we weren’t disappointed. The tent was private and so spacious. It was located directly across from the massage hut, which made it nice and easy to get to our couples massage. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The shower and amenities were really good, and nicely complimented the experience of using the springs. The tent came with the standard complimentary toiletries including ear plugs which was a great bonus…the frogs at night do like to sing!!
Our package came with dinner and breakfast, both were delicious! The menu offered a selection of fresh, healthy dishes which we both really enjoyed.
As part of the package we had access to the springs the whole visit. Day one was a little difficult to enjoy - there were so many people in the pools and it became challenging to find space. Day two was different though. We had access to the pools from early in the morning and we took full advantage of that. After visiting the hill top pools first thing, we headed to breakfast (food and coffee were perfect!) before spending a few hours in the Dreaming Centre, where there were very few people. Having that opportunity to chill out in the pools without lots of people around was so nice and it was really hard to get out and head back to reality!
I would recommend the hot spring glamping tents to anyone wanting to get away from reality, who loves water and taking advantage of the benefits of hot springs, loves good food and nature!

Loved it. Would highly recommend this as an experience. Nice big and clean tent. Bed is warm and comfy. There is only 2 bathrooms however it doesn’t get that busy.
It does get cold so bring lots of warm clothes even in the middle of summer! There is lots of kangaroo poo around, so bring boots and everything is provided for you except food and milk for coffee.
Overall wonderful romantic getaway.

Lovely views from all tents, can take your own wine and cheese platter over to the winery deck for a view of the bay, quiet, nice toilet block with amazing showers, just so calming and a great retreat for some R&R. Christian, the manager, is great at communication, too. Visit and enjoy :)

My partner and I had a wonderful one-night stay at Mornington Peninsula Glamping. Admittedly, there was only one other tent booked so we felt we had the place to ourselves, but regardless the scenery was stunning (a beautiful vantage point on the decking of the winery to watch the sunset in the west, and the perfect view from the tents to watch the sunrise from the east), the tents impeccably set-up, and the amenities extremely clean and inviting. Christian was extremely helpful and accommodating. We’d pre-prepared a lot of food and brought an extra esky which worked well as we had a lot of food that needed to be kept cold! The night was a perfect way to split up the Two Bays Trail into two sections. All-in-all a fantastic experience!!
