Thyme's menu features fresh, healthy dishes served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails. Thyme is open for Alba guests. The Spring Thyme package includes entry to the springs and a two-course brunch, lunch or dinner with a cold-pressed juice or glass of wine.
